The matter that was pending before the courts was the case of the disgruntled parties versus the Fijian restaurant named, ‘Big Pineapple Party Palace.’ It was the first time that the disgruntled parties had agreed to meet the owners of the restaurant and due to the bizarre nature and the circumstances of the incidents involved, it was not your regular type of meeting. The matter was pending before the courts and it was the first time that everyone had agreed to meet up. There were two lawyers that stood in attendance of the meeting. One lawyer represented the parties that felt that they had become victims of Big Pineapple Party Palace and the other lawyer represented Big Pineapple Party Palace. The lawyer who represented the Big Pineapple Party Palace was also an aggrieved party. To understand this, one would have to understand the nature of the complaint.

The parties involved, who had grown a lot older since the events occurred, all claimed that they had been cursed by the restaurant on their eighth birthday. Each party had a different complaint and they were approaching the situation as fully grown adults looking back on events that occurred many years ago.

For each circumstance, each of the aggrieved parties claimed that on their eighth birthday, they attended the Big Pineapple Party Palace on their eighth birthday. Upon the presentation of their birthday cake they were asked to make a wish before they blew out the candles. As is tradition for every child’s birthday. But what was different was that the aggrieved parties made the claim that their wishes had actually come true and because of this, they were suing the Big Pineapple Party Palace for taking advantage of their child-like innocence and essentially ruining their lives.

The two employees of the Big Pineapple Party Palace claimed that they were children of the Fijian creator God Degei and could not be held accountable if their supernatural powers had an effect on the lives of human beings.

The first plaintiff claimed that she had been left scarred and traumatized because she had wished that she had the power to make people’s nightmares come true.

The second plaintiff said that his life had been ruined from leading a normal life because he had wished to be Superman.

The third plaintiff said that she wanted to be every boy’s worst nightmare.

The fourth plaintiff said that he wanted to be the biggest badass in the world.

The fifth plaintiff, who was also representing the employees of the Big Pineapple Party Palace, claimed that he wanted to make bad dreams come to life. But for some reason or another, he was now representing the employees from the restaurant.

The two employees were attempting to explain, “We can’t be held accountable for our actions. The children get what they asked for.”

The lawyer who represented the aggrieved parties stated, “When one asks their wish to be granted on their eighth birthday, they don’t actually expect their wish to be granted.”
The two employees looked to their lawyer, who was also one of the plaintiffs. The lawyer had a big pile of notes and was busy looking through them, attempting to find something and mumbling to himself, “I can’t seem to find it. I can’t seem to find anything.” He seemed to be sweating heavily and causing himself a great deal of stress.

The employees once again continued to represent themselves, “Regardless of what you think, we are simply fulfilling our role in the greater scheme of things. We can’t be held accountable.”

The third plaintiff who was an unusually intelligent woman started screaming at them, “Do you know how difficult it is living a life where no male will date you. No-one will take you out to dinner or adore you. Do you know how difficult that is.”

The lawyer then took over the conversation, “She’s a very needy woman. You gave her those needs. Now, what are you going to do to fix the problem?”

“Well,” one of the employees stated, “we could reverse the wishes, but that wouldn’t be right either. Everybody gets what they asked for. It’s no simple thing to do.”

“What do you mean it’s no simple thing to do?” the second plaintiff who had wished to be Superman asked, “Everything is very simple when given the right consideration.”

Just then a little goblin came in and started dancing on the table that separated the two. He had a knife in his hand and went to attack the first plaintiff, who upon the goblin’s appearance, stated, “I had a dream that this was going to happen.”

As soon as the creature appeared the fourth plaintiff took out a gun and shot the goblin. Killing it. Then he took the gun to the first plaintiff and shot her in the head, saying, “It’s your fault these things happen!”

The second planitiff attempted to stop the violence between the two, but was unable to. “How can you just kill someone so callously?” He asked enraged.

“Well, she’s actually my wife. And no matter what I do, the bitch keeps on coming back. It’s like some sort of nightmare or something.”

Just then a great cloud of darkness enclosed upon the first plaintiff, and then when the cloud of dark fog disappeared, she was once again, good as new.

The lawyer for the Big Pineapple Party Palace then brought up a piece of paper that stated the solution, “I will pay for the plaintiff’s damages.”

The lawyer for the plaintiff’s asked him, “What do you mean, you will pay for the plaintiff’s damages?”

“I, personally, will pay for any damages and losses suffered by the plaintiffs.”

The two employees then sat there with big smiles on their faces. “Then it’s settled. Everyone happy? Everything’s fine?”

They all nodded their heads and agreed that this would have to do. After the settlement occurred it was noticed that the events leading up to this were all happy. Especially the third plaintiff who had seemed to have struck up some sort of relationship with the second plaintiff.

  1. I’m impressed, I must say. Genuinely rarely do you encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you may have hit the nail to the head. Your thought is outstanding; the pain is a thing that not enough folks are speaking intelligently about. My business is delighted that we found this in my try to find some thing regarding this.

  2. Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog. Is it very difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any points or suggestions? Appreciate it
